Here we go!

One of my very best friend's came to pick me up to take me on an adventure.

Bear was having some serious doubts about her.

Now, the two of us together is the recipe for one major distraction. It definitely didn't help that I was ready at 9am and Shannon got to my house at 4pm (with errands still left to do)

Then we got distracted by a totally awesome roadside shop. 

These necklaces were $5! 

When we filled up our gas, I heard Shannon yelling at me to come to her and look.

A dead bug in the road.  I have never known anyone that sees bugs the way Shannon does.

I laughed so hard at this. And sent it to her right away.  Whoever made this is her solemate 

Around midnight we got a room. Let me tell you about this room.

It was GROSS! 

Really gross

Like no deadbolt on the door, afraid someone could just knock the door in scary. 

We moved the chair in front and when she picked it up, it broke. 

I told, not even asked, Shannon that I was sleeping with her. 

I gave the hotel 1 star, that star is only based on the fact that I didn't get bed bugs. 

I chose this gem for breakfast, based on the name alone

Then we kept on trucking. 

We made it to Intercourse PA. I didn't know that was a real place. It took me a long time to get that all the hats and magnets were based on the location, not a joke I didn't get.  I do not have a dirty mind, and my mind never "goes there" first, second, or third. haha

Heisenberg 

We were at a breaking point. 2 hours to New York or 2 hours to Philly. 

I have been wanting to go there for ages. 

Primarily since It's Always Sunny, Parking Wars, and one of my favorite bands lives there.

So we chose Philly. I texted Caitlin asking if she knew of a cheap place to stay.

I knew she always visited and thought she might know.  This was when Shannon and I thought we could make it there the night before.  It was fun to find out that they too were on their way there. So we planned to meet there for lunch. 

When we were pulling into the city we got so excited and got an amazing vibe.  I loved it immediately.

I warned Shannon that they take their parking VERY seriously, and every spot she was eyeing she needed to move on.  She listened to me, thank goodness and we saw 3 different parking attendants patrolling the meters. 

We ran in, got lunch with Caitlin and her beautiful family, and we had to run out so we didn't get towed.

I get funky quick, and there is no way I was taking a shower in that room. hahahhaha

It was after we left Philly we, I, realized I kept hitting to avoid toll roads.  Oops

I got a text from Allison, "Only you and Shannon could make a ten hour trip into a 24 hours"
