I have been eyeing these pillows for a long time, but won't spend $50 on them. Well there was a gift certificate on Zulily today. And now it's sold out. If you aren't on Zulily use my link to sign up and I get $15 when you make your purchase :) I still wouldn't have paid $40 for a pillow, but their personalized art is so cute. Too bad I have no more usable hanging space in their rooms. hahh

I did buy handmade dolls (I emailed her asking if she would make me a biracial doll for L, but she never wrote me back) from Krakra for the girls birthday. BB also has one of her bunnies. Funny story about that. I don't know if I shared, so if I have just ignore me. I ordered that bunny without knowing when or if we would get a call for a baby boy. Well it got lost in the mail for a little while, not a crazy long amount of time, but I had no idea where it was. The day I got it in the mail was the day I got the call about BB. He came home that same night. Everyone thought I was nuts for ordering something for a child we didn't know existed. I just looked this up. I purchased it 4 days after BB was born and it was very likely that I started looking at it on the day he was born because I remember going back and forth about it being crazy or fate. Obviously, I would say it was fate and God was telling me to trust him.


Well with that story in mind, I bought four Easter baskets this year, because who knows who might come our way ;)

Maybe I will start posting my etsy finds on a weekly basis. ? I am on there all the time. Or would that be dumb?

Food Poisoning?

I don't know, but I have something. I have put myself in isolation in the off chance it isn't food poisoning. This is the worst. I hate when my baby is crying and I can't come to the rescue. I hate that there is so much laughter going on in the other room and I am missing the fun. L is talking up a storm and putting more sentences together. She said, "Thank you for coming". Can say, "A.B.C." and is using her imagination like nobody's business. E is laughing and picking fights.

At least we aren't missing out on beautiful weather. It snowed last night.

Unfortunately, that does mean M has put on a movie marathon on for the kids.

Holy cow what a difference. In the last couple of weeks there has been a major shift in how L reacts to us. She is very cuddly with me (and us). She willingly gives us kisses. She doesn't stray when we are out in public. Last week in therapy she only wanted to sit in my lap and not the therapists. And the kicker, yesterday my best friend stopped by and L did not run up to her, would not give her a hug, and really didn't want anything to do with her. With a biological child you would be coaxing them to approach your friends. When you have an older child you are oh so excited that they don't.
