The new park

There's a new park in our city and I LOVE IT!  

Totally blended and everything I hoped our city would become. 

We told a blog friend that we were down there and if she wanted to meet up we would be there for a while.  

 Honey loves the water and making friends, so she was so happy.

Pumpkin doesn't like spraying water so she stayed pretty dry.  I think she got her shoes wet, but she still had fun.

Honey has some boundary issues.  I told her to ask the girl if she wanted her to play with her hair.  I heard her ask her.  But after a little bit I could tell the girl wasn't enjoying herself.  So I asked her if she wanted Honey to do that.  She shook her head no.  I felt awful.  I couldn't hear the girls response, but I assumed she agreed.  I mean, she didn't walk away, which is what most kids do with her. Pumpkin just yells at her and tells her to back off. hahah Oh well.

Both Honey and Pumpkin played with this little love separately.

Honey ran straight into a much bigger boy and bounced right off of him and landed straight on her face.  My poor girl had a huge skid mark on her face. 

I was just about to call our online friends and tell them we were leaving when they got there. 

I am so glad we stayed because we got to know each other that much more. 

Isn't the blog world hysterical.  You know so much about someone without ever really meeting them.

This is Caitlin's husband, Dave, Pumpkin had a MAJOR crush on him. 

She was following him around and just randomly kept sitting in his lap.  Our friend Brian P better watch out, she is setting her sights on other men ;) 

I got one picture of Caitlin, but she was breast feeding and I was MORTIFIED that I just turned and took it so I don't have any others of her to share.  While I openly breastfed with Pumpkin (before my milk dried) and wouldn't be embarrassed about it, it was still embarrassing because this is a new friend.

Oh well, it was fun and I had a blast hanging out with you guys!
