Big Week

E crawled for the first time on Saturday. I was happy M was there to experience her first "steps". I wish I had pictures but our computer died and we are stuck with an ancient one until after the adoption when we can afford a new one. She is all over the place now. Playing with doggy paws, eating doggy hair, and pulling things down. I knew having a mobile baby would change things, but man is it fun. She is so sweet. I think her recent advancements had everything to do with hanging out with baby L. They are sweet together. He is a month and a half older than her and they are second cousins (I think). He is my cousin's baby. She LOVES other kids. That is when she is at her happiest. And when she is playing with the dogs. hahah L has lots of teeth. E has none. L started crawling a long time ago. E, not so much. L is dancing. Man, I wish E was dancing. Her mom loves a good dance party. L is my idea of where E should be. Is it a problem that she won't hold up her own bottle? She can. She has. But mostly she wants me to do it. I don't blame her. I mean her arms probably get tired. ;) I think my baby is perfect just where she is. I just think L is extra advanced. I mean I have the smartest, most advanced baby in the world.

On another note, this Saturday is an Ethiopian Fundraiser. Local families are doing this to have a culture camp for the children. I really can't wait. We met one family at the AGCI picnic in September and M (her name isn't listed on her blog) is the one who emailed me about the event. We met her first daughter, R, at the picnic and man is she cute. I talked about her with everyone. R got me even more excited for our little ET baby. Well since September, they now have a new baby! I am so excited to meet her. And from M's pictures, she is GORGEOUS! I hope I can love on her a bit. I hope I can meet lots of ET families. I will post on Sunday to let you know how it went. - Who am I kidding. I'm sure I will post Saturday as soon as we get back. hahah
