There aren't many perfectly beautiful days left in the year, so we have to soak them in. What better way than a fast food picnic?
They kept inching closer and closer to the pond.
I'm glad Honey fell in the bushes and not the pond.
Tips to have my children look at the camera for pictures would be wonderful. Maybe if I took less pictures they would be more interested?
Loud alarming noises is all I got but 2 year olds are going to do what they want so not much works unless they want to do it ha.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures. :) Glad you got in another picnic before it gets too cold. I've used a tip for little ones that I learned from a photographer, but I haven't tried it with kids as big as yours. The suggestion was to get yourself into a good vantage point and just observe until you have the composition just how you want it then really quietly say the kid's name so she turns her head slowly and looks at you—then snap. It seems like my experiences otherwise are that someone says the kid's name quickly and they look quickly then go back to what they were doing. Or the adult who is also in the picture keeps looking at the kid to see if they're looking at the camera rather than looking at the camera themselves.
ReplyDeletemy best tip is to mention farts... that gets em every time:).... well if they are boys
